To reach Blueys Beach Wedge, travel from Forster towards the 7 Mile Beach, and as you approach the lake area, follow the signs to ‘Pacific Palms.’ Continue past the petrol station to the main shopping area, then turn right at the end of the street to reach Blueys Beach. Park at the far southern end of the beach and paddle out next to the cliff face. You’ll know you’ve arrived when you see the giant rock out the back. Remember to be patient and sit right on the edge of the rock while waiting for the set. Urchins and rocks are present, so caution is advised.
