Maroccone

Maroccone is a surf spot located south of the city of Livorno, in Tuscany. The best swell direction for this spot is from the southwest, west, and northwest, while the most favorable wind direction comes from the northeast, east, and southeast. The waves at Maroccone break to the left over a sea bottom composed of rocks and boulders, making it difficult and not suitable for beginners. Usually not crowded. Respect the local crew.
