Lignano Pineta is a surf spot located on the east coast of Italy, near the town of Lignano Sabbiadoro. This spot rarely works due to it location and exposure. The wave breaks over a sandy sea bottom and produces both left and right-handers. The best swell direction for Lignano Pineta is from the south, while the most favorable wind directions are west, northwest, and north.
