Mainly a left-hander but can produce some good rights too. The wave breaks next to the peaks of Lillatro. Mostly a longboarders thing, but the wave is also good for mids and shorts. The best swell directions for Sabbione are southwest, west, and northwest. Ideal wind conditions come from the northeast and east. Usually very crowded, so respect the other surfers and the surf etiquette. Polluted water, enter at your own risk.
