Cecina Mare

Series of peaks located between or close to the jetties built on the south side of Cecina Mare. The best swell direction for surfing at Cecina Mare is from the southwest and west. Optimal wind conditions are when it’s blowing from the northeast or east. The surf spot is not typically crowded, with only a few surfers usually present. A variety of surfboards are suitable for this location. Beginners may find a softboard suitable, while more experienced surfers might prefer short, mid, and retro boards. Longboards are also a good choice for this surf spot. Local community, so respect the locals.
