Kuna An iis a surf spot located on the Caribbean coast of Panama, in the San Blas archipelago. The spot features a powerful reef break over live coral, with clear water and a long right-hand wave that forms a deep tube with three sections. The bottom is sharp coral reef, and the wave length ranges from 50 to 150 meters. The surf spot provides right waves. The best conditions are with north to northeast swells and winds from the west to southeast. Surfing here is recommended at medium to high tide, with the first peak working best at high tide and the second peak at low tide. Access to Kuna An is by a long paddle of over 20 minutes or by boat, and the spot is remote, so bring all necessary gear, water, and supplies.
